GEAR UP (Junior Church)

During the 10:15 worship service, our children Kindergarten  through 3^rd grade will be in the “Zone” learning about the Lord of Lords and King of Kings.  Each zone includes stories, skits, games and scripture memory.  In addition, this fall we will have a special unit on baptism and communion.

 Our goals for each child are that they will:

 v  Confess Jesus Christ as their personal Savior

v  Celebrate who God is as they worship

v  Commit to following Jesus’ example with their behavior and attitudes

v  Convey the love of God in their relationships

v  Cultivate their prayers

v  Change their world by becoming “missions-minded”

v  Connect with God’s Word as their instruction manual for life

v  Contribute to the Body of Christ through their time, gifts and talents
